This is a fresh, clean, lively wine that is immediately appealing showing bright fruits with a hint of schoolboy sherbet, highlighting the classic nuttiness of the grape. The flavour is delicately dry with exceptional balance and enchanting harmony, with hints of pear and melon. The attractive fruity character is neatly reflected by the smooth finish which is touched by green cider apples. This is an extremely versatile wine. A harmonious and satisfying aperitif, it combines superbly with appetizers, especially if based on fish, or with mayonnaise and eggs.
