The extraordinary quality and the perfect drying of the selected grapes, the long and careful aging in oak wood butts, gave to our Di Carlo a special and individual character. It is an Amarone with intense structure to be tasted in religious meditation and on very special occasions. It is a dark brick ruby-red wine with an ethereal and intense bouquet typical of Amarone. The taste is intense, full-bodied and velvety which is to be savoured slowly especially with red meat and game and also at the end of the meal with mature cheese.” Lenotti are not wrong!!!
