:Black fruits, blackberry, black plum and black cherry give richness of flavour on the nose. This complex mix is there on the palate, the black plum pushing for dominance but towards the back there is a fresher spicier feel that lifts the flavours and gives some brightness on the finish. It is light on both nose and palate showing an attractive mix of bramble and raspberry.
