Produced from ecocert certified organic encruzado grapes, this delicious white wine has a beautiful, crystalline structure, showing bright citrus fruits and a lovely minerality. Fermented with natural yeasts, this Dao white tastes honest and is a delightful quaff, either on its own or perhaps with a plate full of freshly grillled sardines.
